Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid membership subscriptions (Individual, Enterprise, and Black Gold) purchased through Stripe on AI GeekCamp (the "Platform"). Free tiers and free content are not eligible for refunds.

2. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial successful charge, with no reason required. After 7 days, no-questions-asked refunds are no longer available, but you may still apply under the "Exceptional Cases" below.

3. Exceptional Cases

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases after verification:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Long-term inability to access core features due to platform technical issues
  • Unauthorized subscription resulting from account compromise
  • Other charges caused by our error

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • One-time content already used, consumed, or downloaded (e.g. issued certificates, generated assessment reports)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated refund-then-resubscribe cycles)
  • Requests submitted past the time limits set in this policy
  • Subscriptions paid for by a third party or received as a gift, when the request is not made by the original purchaser

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in and go to Account → Membership
  2. Click "Request Refund", select a reason, and provide a brief explanation
  3. Once submitted, the request enters "Pending review" status. You can track progress on the same page.
  4. We will review and respond within 3 business days via email
  5. If approved, the refund will be issued by Stripe to your original payment method

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer. We cannot expedite issuer-side processing.

7. After a Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • The associated subscription will be cancelled and membership benefits will end
  • You may continue to use the free features
  • The same account is not eligible for another refund within 90 days, but may resubscribe

8. Cancelling Auto-Renewal

All paid memberships auto-renew. If you only want to stop the next billing cycle, go to Account → Membership → Manage Subscription to cancel auto-renewal in Stripe's self-service portal. This is not a refund — your access continues until the end of the current period.

9. Disputes

If you disagree with a review outcome, you may appeal via the contact channels below. We will re-review and respond within 5 business days. Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — once a chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Requests already submitted but not yet decided will be handled under the policy in effect at submission time.
